"Next time will you bring the baby?"

Our smiley pic with Caden and Tennessee.

We had to have a silly one of course!

Jared and his bass.

Jared and grandpa.

Me and grandpa.

One of the joys of living in the "lower 48" is the ability to road trip to most anywhere! Jared and I decided we needed to make a visit to Medford/Grants Pass/Cave Junction, OR. We loaded up the dogs and probably too much luggage and headed out. Eight hours later we were eating Grandpa's home cookin! We had not seen the family since April and it was great to see everyone again. The cousins looked like they had grown a lot in just a few short months. We bummed around for the week, had some family dinners, and got our fill of Price is Right (grandpa rules that game show)! We also enjoyed going to grandma's bowling league one day. Thhose ladies are serious about there bowling and a 92 year old woman has a better bowling average than Jared and I! I better get to practicing. Jared caught a bass in one of the ponds in the retirement community grandma and grandpa live in. It was good size, I don't think many people fish around there. The trip back home of course felt longer, but it was nice to once again be in our own bed! We hope to make it over there again before Peanut's arrival! One of funniest things Tennessee asked me was that, "next time will you bring the baby?" and she wanted to know where the baby was in my tummy the whole time! So cute!
