Tree Hunting

We purchased our tree permit and headed for the hills in search of this year's tree. Going tree hunting is something Jared and I have done since we have been married and it is so awesome to be able to bring Kylie into our tradition! We also have a little tradition of getting doughnuts and coffee before we go hiking. Gotta have the sugar, right? :) This year, my parents came along for the ride! We did a little hiking, but didn't seem to find the right one. We finally spotted one from the car and sent Jared out to look at it(putting the baby pack on was quite the feat and didn't want to do it again!). He deemed it as good and cut it down and brought it down the hill. As I type this the tree is all decorated and the lights are on it next to me and it looks great!
