Roadtrip

Trying to catch up! The end of March we went to Utah to visit my dad (who is moving back to Boise permanently tomorrow!!!!) and to help him move a couple things back to Boise. The weather was fantastic and we were sure to hit up the zoo first! Our passes for the Boise zoo came in handy in scoring up a deal for the Hogle Zoo. Good investment, that zoo pass! The kids loved the zoo and we were impressed by all the animals they have there. Kylie was most excited for the elephants and we spent awhile watching them. We headed up the canyon to eat at Ruth's Diner, which was delicious! Then we went to Heritage park and ran around to get some energy out. We were sure to hit up the hotel pool and Ethan enjoyed it to the point he was shivering, but wanted to stay in! The next day we went to the aquarium, which was really good too! Then, we headed over to Dad's boss' house for some lunch and playtime time. On the way out of town I convinced Jared to drop by IKEA and we literally ran in and grabbed the one thing we knew we wanted and left. I wanted to cry inside that I couldn't spend 2 hours wandering!
